Kylie Minogue says that she feels like a Princess

Olivia
28th December 2006

Kylie Minogue returned to the stage this year after beating breast cancer for her rescheduled Australian 'Showgirl' tour dates and admits it was incredible experience.

Kylie Minogue said:

I feel like a princess perched on top of an enormous tiered, iced cake, but if it weren't for the crew there would be no cake.

I like that aspect of touring, being part of something that is a group effort.

I think it's probably because I started in television, where you can do nothing without all those people supporting you.

Despite being thrilled to be back performing, Kylie Minogue has pulled out of headlining next year's Glastonbury Festival.

Kylie Minogue was tipped to headline the closing day, but festival organiser Emily Eavis has confirmed she will be too busy touring to attend.
