Lindsay Lohan and Calum Best spent a romantic weekend in the Bahamas, where they celebrated the opening of the Cove Atlantis on Paradise Island with parties, sunbathing and lots of PDA.


The couple, who also got affectionate at a party in New York City a few days earlier, arrived in the Bahamas on Friday evening in time to catch a poolside Janet Jackson concert alongside John Travolta, Rob Lowe, Tyra Banks, Whitney Houston, Spike Lee and Michael Jordan.


Sitting with friends in the VIP area, Lindsay Lohan and Callum Best danced to Janet Jackson's 20-minute set of greatest hits and wrapped their arms around each other to watch a fireworks show over the Caribbean resort's white-sand beach.


After the concert, the pair moved on to the after-party at the Aura nightclub, where they shared several kisses in a VIP booth. While most of the partygoers left Lindsay Lohan, 20, and Calum Best, 26, alone, music legend Quincy Jones stopped by the table for a chat.


On Saturday, the couple spent several hours in a private cabana on Cove Beach. As the temperatures soared, Best rubbed sunblock on Lindsay Lohan's shoulders before they headed into the water for swimming, splashing and still more kissing.


That evening, they returned to Aura, where they sat in the same booth as they had the night before.

The 2007 edition of the Guinness Book of Records names Madonna as the highest paid female singer on the planet.


Madonna, who earned $50 million in 2004, takes the title away from Britney Spears, who had held the record since 2001 after earning slightly more than $38 million in 2000.


Janet Jackson also replaced Britney Spears in Web rankings for the world's most searched-for female and most searched-for news item.


Among men, Brad Pitt was the most searched-for.


Elsewhere in the book: Nicole Kidman set the record for the highest salary per minute for an actor and Oprah Winfrey is named the highest-paid person on TV.


American Idol star Simon Cowell is the highest paid TV talent-show judge, while Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling has the highest annual earnings for a children's author, with an estimated $64 million.

Jermaine Dupri hinted he'll get married to Janet Jackson in September while backstage at the ESPY Awards in Hollywood on Wednesday.


The Atlanta, Georgia-based producer accompanied presenter Jackson to the US sporting awards and was overheard telling friends that they hope to exchange vows on September 26.
