Emma Bunton, aka 'Baby Spice', has given birth to her first child, a baby boy called Beau.
Beau, was born on Friday at 11:12 a.m. and weighed 7 lbs., 15oz. – the same birth weight as his father, Emma Bunton's boyfriend Jade Jones.
Outside London's Portland Hospital, Jade Jones said:
He is absolutely brilliant, and both baby and Emma are doing fine. In fact Emma is tucking into some flapjacks and Coca-Cola as we speak.
We are both absolutely delighted and can't wait to take Beau home.
Emma Bunton is a member of the girl band Spice Girls, which recently announced that they were doing a world tour and Jade Jones, is a former member of the British boy band Damage.
Other members of the Spice Girls include Victoria Beckham who has three boys, Geri Halliwell, who has one girl and Melanie Brown who has two girls. The only one left without a child is Melanie Chisholm.
