Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, purchased the house for $4 million in 2004.
The mid-century modern house designed by Hal Levitt, is one level and has two master-bedroom suites - one for each twin - plus two additional bedrooms.
The gated estate, which is located in the hills of Los Angeles suburb Westwood, also has a pool, spa and sweeping views of the city. It is on the market for $4.4 million.
