According to newspaper reports, Lindsay Lohan snapped at Jessica Simpson when she refused to thank her for a tray of drinks she's sent over to her table at a party.
Lindsay claims the rumors are not true in any way, and insists she is one of Jessica's major patrons through the singer's divorce from Nick Lachey.
She told US magazine:
I did not go into this industry to be shown on the cover of some magazine fighting with Jessica Simpson, who I think is a sweet girl.
She's going through a divorce, and it's hard enough for her.
They (tabloids) basically said I was verbally harassing this girl. I'm not that person.
