Eminem is to split from his wife Kimberly Mathers in less than 90 days after they tied the knot for the second time.
The couple have two children, 10 year old Hailie, who is their biological daughter, and Alaina, Kim's niece, who they adopted.
Divorce papers were filled in on Wednesday the 5th of April under his real name Marshall Bruce Mathers.
The rapper and Kim, got married for the first time in 1999 but then got divorced two years later.
On January the 14th 2006 they walked down the aisle for the second time at Brook Hall Mansion, in front of 80 family and friends including rapper 50 cent.
